Project Description:
This design/build project consisted of an interior buildout of an existing facility for a large regional beer distributor. The project scope included construction of a large Draught Holding Cooler as well as a sizable CEW Holding Cooler.

A particular challenge of this project was meeting completion deadlines while having to comply with the requirements of the City of Chicago Department of Buildings.
