Ralph W. Doke – President & Owner

Ralph has done various construction-related jobs throughout his life.  He began his career in the cold storage industry in 1955 as a construction superintendent, responsible for projects nationwide.  Through the years, he worked in various capacities in estimating, purchasing, and project management.  In 1980, he followed his dream and started American Igloo Builders.  

Paul Oldendorf – Project Superintendent

Paul has been with American Igloo Builders, Inc. since it began in 1980.  He worked as a carpenter in the cold storage industry before joining the company.  Paul is responsible for all daily field operations, including personnel management, customer relations, project scheduling, management, and coordination.

Vicki Dellinger – Chief Financial Officer

Vicki joined the company in 1992.  A graduate of the University of IL Champaign/Urbana in Civil Engineering, Vicki previously worked for Waste Management, Inc. in their corporate engineering department and brought her engineering and project management experience to the team.  Over the years, she has had multiple responsibilities in various aspects of the company.  Vicki manages corporate finances and administration of office and personnel.  She plans, implements, and monitors the firm's business plans in order to guide future growth.

Dave Weser – Senior Project Manager

Dave joined American Igloo Builders, Inc. in 1993 and brought 21 years of general contracting experience to the team.  A graduate of Southern IL University and Washburne Trade School, Dave worked his way up through the carpentry trade to become a superintendent responsible for daily operations at his previous job with William Scown Building Co.  Dave’s responsibilities include sales, estimating, purchasing, and project management.

Todd Breitenfield – Vice-President of Operations

Todd joined American Igloo Builders, Inc. in 1994 and brought 13 years of expertise in cold storage material development, sales, and purchasing to the team.  Todd previously worked for Butcher Boy Corp, a cold storage door manufacturer, and for Therm-L-Tec Systems, a cold storage door and panel manufacturer.  During this time, he designed and developed the Therm-L-Bond line of cold storage doors.  Todd oversees projects from their inception through completion.  He coordinates sales, estimating, and purchasing and the review of project quality control and performance.
